The ADAMA restaurant, located in the historic old town of Rethymno, underwent a complete renovation as part of a new architectural design aimed at optimizing functionality while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The project involved the full demolition of the existing facilities and the reconstruction of the space from the ground up, with careful planning and execution focused on ergonomics and smooth spatial flow.
The design features warm terracotta and beige tones, complemented by curved lines in the custom-made elements, while preserving the arches of the historic façade, which have been seamlessly integrated into the new layout. The final result harmoniously blends the traditional architecture of Rethymno with modern construction solutions and a refined aesthetic.
