The complete renovation of a building in Heraklion was carried out with the aim of transforming it into a modern residential complex comprising five spacious apartments.
During the renovation, each apartment was carefully designed to offer high quality living standards and smart layout solutions, using premium materials that meet the demands of contemporary lifestyles. All electrical and plumbing installations were fully upgraded to ensure safety, efficiency, and long-term reliability.
Additionally, thermal insulation was applied, old windows were replaced with energy-efficient frames, and solar systems were installed, significantly enhancing the building’s energy performance and sustainability.
The project was completed by combining technical excellence, contemporary aesthetics, and sustainable design principles, resulting in an energy-efficient and functional residential building that offers long-term benefits for both residents and the environment.
