The construction of the new residence with a detached guesthouse in the enchanting village of Prines, in Rethymno, was carried out with the aim of fully exploiting the rich surroundings and the strong natural elements of the property.
The design used natural stone, wood and earthy tones, combined with modern black metal elements, creating a contemporary, harmonious and functional result.
The residence includes eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms, with an imposing architectural style and carefully selected materials in cool tones of black, gray and white, combined with dark wood, offering an elegant, comfortable and functional environment.
