Villa Andriano is a two-story villa in Maroulas, Rethymno, designed for touristic use, combining modern design with traditional elements. Natural stone was harmoniously integrated into the architectural composition, providing high aesthetic value and timeless character.
The property includes four bedrooms and four bathrooms, offering comfort and functionality for guests. The outdoor area features a swimming pool and an open-air kitchen/BBQ, enhancing the hospitality and relaxation experience.
The steel structural frame ensures stability and allows for large openings, while the façades are clad in natural stone. Selected areas feature thermal insulation for improved energy efficiency, and specialized waterproofing works were carried out to ensure full protection against moisture and wear. Large energy-efficient window frames maximize natural light and provide direct connection to the outdoor spaces and surrounding views.
The project also included interior design, lighting design, and the construction of all custom carpentry elements—including the kitchen, wardrobes, and bathroom furniture—specifically designed for the villa, ensuring ergonomics and a cohesive aesthetic throughout the property.
