The exterior renovation of the building in Adelianos Kampos, Rethymno, originally constructed by our company in 2006, included a series of interventions that enhanced both its aesthetics and functionality.
A thermal insulation façade was applied to improve energy efficiency and refresh the exterior appearance, while outdoor lighting was upgraded with LED strips and fixtures that highlight the building at night.
In the exterior courtyards, skirting boards were installed, necessary repairs were carried out, and a new wiring system for security cameras was implemented with the installation of new cameras, enhancing both the overall appearance and security of the property.
