The two-story residence in Kalo Chorio, Agios Nikolaos, was designed and constructed with a focus on functionality, aesthetic balance, and seamless integration into the surrounding environment.
Following a comprehensive design phase and the issuance of the required permits by our engineering team, construction proceeded with the erection of a steel structural frame and the installation of a prefabricated swimming pool, creating an outdoor area that supports daily use while maintaining the residents’ privacy.
On the ground floor, an open-plan living and kitchen area is complemented by a spacious bedroom, two bathrooms, and additional storage spaces, offering complete ergonomic efficiency. The upper floor features three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a secondary living area, providing comfort and flexibility for family life.
The exterior space was carefully organized to meet the property’s needs, including a storage area, parking space, and the swimming pool as the central relaxation element.
