Villa Zeus, located in Kalonyktis, Rethymno, was designed and built as a complex of five independent residences with a basement, intended for tourist use. The basement and ground floor were constructed with reinforced concrete, while the upper floors are supported by a steel frame with a truss structure, ensuring stability and flexibility in the layout.
The exterior façades are clad in natural stone, while wooden frames provide a subtle traditional character that harmonizes with the natural surroundings. Internally, the spaces are balanced across all levels, including five kitchens, five living areas, ten bedrooms, and eight bathrooms, offering full functionality and comfort for guests.
