Villa Ourania, located in Lygaria, Heraklion, was renovated and transformed into a modern tourist accommodation. The building was originally constructed by our company around 25 years ago using a steel truss structure, developed over six split-levels, and featured a private pool with a spacious surrounding area.
The renovation largely preserved the original layout and character of the building, while the interior spaces were completely redesigned. An attic room and an additional bathroom were added, and two of the bathrooms were equipped with double showers and opaque glass partitions, ensuring comfort for larger groups of guests.
The design employs light tones for the floors, walls, and wooden ceilings, combined with furniture made from metal structures. The final result exudes simplicity, clarity, and tranquility, creating a warm and welcoming space fully harmonized with the natural surroundings.
