Villa Sandi is the renovation of a traditional countryside house in Analipsi, Heraklion, transformed into a tourist villa with a pool, fully harmonized with the natural environment and local architectural style.
Inside, three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms were designed to ensure comfort and functionality, while the exterior area features a pool, barbecue, and comfortable relaxation and gathering zones, ideal for tourist use.
The aesthetic approach follows a minimalist style, with wood and stone elements dominating, blending the warmth of tradition with modern simplicity. Carefully designed lighting highlights the building’s architectural identity, adding a subtle touch of luxury throughout the property.
