The complete renovation of a residential building in Heraklion, excluding the ground-floor retail space, was carried out with the aim of upgrading both the functionality and aesthetics of the property.
As part of the project, a comprehensive study was conducted and extensive general maintenance works were implemented. An external thermal insulation system was installed to improve the building’s energy performance, while the existing window frames were replaced with energy-efficient systems, ensuring enhanced thermal and acoustic insulation.
The interior layouts were redesigned to achieve optimal use of space, while the building’s exterior was upgraded with contemporary materials, architectural LED lighting, and a modern visual identity.
With strong attention to detail and construction quality, the project was delivered as a modern, functional, and energy-efficient residential building, combining aesthetics, comfort, and sustainability—ideally suited to the demands of urban living.
