Omnia Luxury Villa, located in Skaleta, Rethymno, and designed for touristic use, was constructed with the aim of creating a space that combines modern aesthetics with high functionality, offering guests comfort and complete privacy.
As part of the project, the outdoor areas were designed to include a fully equipped open-air kitchen and lounge spaces, sheltered by a metal pergola, ensuring protection and comfort throughout the day.
In addition, a perimeter stone masonry wall and safety glass partitions were installed to enhance privacy while highlighting the contemporary character of the project, creating a complete environment that seamlessly blends ergonomics, design, and a high quality of living.
