Elia Villa, designed for touristic use, was built in Hamaleyri, Rethymno, with the goal of creating a space that combines contemporary aesthetics, comfort, and functionality. This single-story villa with an attic and swimming pool was constructed with a steel frame and features an external thermal insulation system for improved energy efficiency. Selected sections of the façades are clad in beige natural stone, adding subtle luxury and warmth to the overall design.

The interior includes five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and an open-plan living-kitchen area designed for comfort and everyday functionality. All carpentry elements were custom-made following detailed 3D design studies, ensuring harmony between aesthetics and ergonomics.

The outdoor area features a swimming pool, a fully equipped BBQ, and a dining area, creating a space ideal for relaxation and entertainment, perfectly aligned with the villa’s hospitality philosophy.
