We invest in affiliations and support initiatives that contribute to progress and development.
On February 22–23, 2025, we participated in the 100% Hotel Show, the largest exhibition in Crete for the hotel and tourism industry, held at D.E.K.K. Heraklion. We presented our steel prefabricated buildings and our comprehensive services, from design to the complete execution of every project.
To offer visitors the best possible experience, we showcased a two-story 100 sq.m. residence, fully accessible to visitors, demonstrating in practice the comfort and flexibility of our constructions. At the same time, through VR experiences, we presented our architectural solutions with realistic visualization, while in a specially designed area we also exhibited a fully equipped Luxury Pod, offering a direct view of our quality and premium aesthetics.

Our technical expertise was utilized in the preparation of a thesis on the thermal insulation of buildings with a space-frame steel structure — a modern construction method that we exclusively implement. The thesis was prepared by Maria Galeraki, a member of the management team, as part of her studies in Mechanical Engineering, effectively strengthening the connection between theory and practice.
Our participation in such processes reflects our commitment to promoting technical knowledge and research in the construction sector.
At the 7th National Conference on Steel Structures, held in Volos on September 29–30 and October 1, 2011, we presented, in collaboration with the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, our innovative approach to construction using a space-frame steel structure.
Our participation in the conference provided an important opportunity to exchange knowledge with academics and industry experts, highlighting the advantages of our method, such as energy efficiency, sustainability, and speed of implementation. Our presentation received particularly positive feedback, with comments and remarks from distinguished scientists in the field, including I. Ermopoulos, E. Mystakidis, S. Karamanos, Baniotopoulos, and others.

STIGMES magazine, focusing on entrepreneurship, featured an article titled “Specialization in Steel Building Construction,” which presented our company’s activities and experience.
The article highlighted the methodology and technical approach we apply in the design and construction of steel buildings, emphasizing material quality, structural durability, and energy efficiency.
At the International Conference in Innsbruck (February 3–5, 2011), the construction technology using a space-frame steel structure that we develop was presented through the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
The participation provided an important opportunity for the exchange of expertise and highlighted the advantages of our method in terms of energy efficiency, sustainability, and construction speed, receiving positive feedback from distinguished scientists in the field, including Oget N. Cocen, E. Efthymiou, I. Zygomalas, Braganca, Blok, Gervacio, Velikovic, Borg, and others.
KTIRIO magazine, one of the most important publications in architecture and construction, featured an article titled “Steel Buildings,” which included a special reference to our company’s projects and activities.
The article highlights our approach to the design and construction of prefabricated steel buildings, combining seismic resistance, construction speed, and high energy efficiency. Our inclusion in KTIRIO magazine’s feature represents recognition of our expertise and reliability in the field of steel construction, reinforcing our commitment to quality and dependability in every project we undertake.
In 2005, we had the honor of participating in a major international exhibition in London. Our presence provided a valuable opportunity to share our experience and expertise with industry professionals.
During the exhibition, we had the opportunity to engage with new ideas, technologies, and modern trends, while exchanging views with professionals from different countries. This experience provided us with substantial knowledge and valuable insights for the future development of our work.
Our participation in this event was an important learning milestone, offering valuable experiences that we applied in the subsequent stages of our work.
We visited TDS Expo 2026 in Cairo, with the participation of our company’s Design & Engineering team, consisting of engineers, architects, designers and interior decorators. The visit was an important opportunity to explore the latest trends in design, construction, materials and technological solutions shaping the industry.
Our presence at the exhibition enhanced the exchange of knowledge and ideas, offering our team new insights and inspiration for the projects we undertake. The trip was also combined with moments of leisure and team bonding, further strengthening collaboration and the creative connection between our people.

We attended the international mipim conference (March 11–14, 2025) in Cannes, alongside our client from the hotel sector, to present the KRETICON project.
This is a comprehensive architectural project combining residential units, a hotel, sports facilities, and recreational spaces, creating a modern community of high aesthetic quality.
The design was carried out by our team in collaboration with SUTO ARCHITECTS, aiming for a sustainable and energy-efficient complex in harmony with the natural environment.
Our participation at mipim aimed to present the project to international investors, while we supported the promotion of its design and technical excellence.-
