The Zenia Luxury Villas, designed for tourist accommodation, consist of three traditional residences in Chersonisos, Heraklion, built in collaboration with AN.NEX, responsible for the architectural design.
Each villa combines the local traditional architecture with a contemporary construction approach, offering warm and welcoming living spaces with a strong sense of place.
The construction was carried out using a steel frame, ensuring durability, precision, and speed in project completion. Despite challenges in accessing the site, the project was completed in less than two months, delivering fully finished residences ready to welcome guests in an environment that exudes authenticity and tranquility.
