Sterna Slow Living Home is a comprehensive renovation and transformation project of an existing residence, designed to provide modern comforts and a direct connection with the natural landscape.

The outdoor area features a newly constructed private swimming pool and a dedicated hydromassage area with a jacuzzi, creating a complete environment for relaxation. Concrete works were also carried out to form the private parking area, along with the construction of perimeter walls, parapets and other elements that define and organise the residence’s outdoor spaces.

The existing building underwent thermal insulation works on the roof slab. Inside, the wooden features and exposed ceiling beams were highlighted, enhancing the natural and authentic character of the space, while extensive surface renovation and painting works were carried out throughout the property. Microcement finishes were applied in the kitchen and bathrooms, creating seamless surfaces with a modern and timeless aesthetic.

The project was completed with additional exterior painting and finishing works, aiming to create a visually cohesive connection between the building and its surrounding landscape.
