In Latzimas, Rethymno, a modern complex of two luxury villas was constructed, designed with emphasis on natural harmony, privacy and high aesthetics. Each residence extends over 300 m² and features a private swimming pool of 110 m², offering a complete experience of modern and luxurious living.

The architectural composition was based on natural tones and materials that integrate discreetly into the surrounding environment. The natural stone cladding on part of the façades is harmoniously combined with a modern thermal façade system, creating a balance between natural texture, timeless character and the contemporary architectural identity of the project.
The plot was designed with privacy and a sense of security as key priorities. The perimeter stone walls ensure seclusion, while the rich planting enhances the connection of the residences with the natural landscape. At the entrance of the plot, large custom-designed sliding garage gates were installed, along with matching pedestrian gates, following the overall aesthetic philosophy of the project.
In front of the residences, a large driveway with industrial flooring was created, offering comfortable access, functionality and spacious surfaces for the everyday use of the villas.
The outdoor areas are a key element of the overall hospitality experience. Each villa features a covered BBQ area, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, WC, shower and a comfortable outdoor lounge, all of which function as a natural extension of the residence. The outdoor gym further enhances the project’s character of wellness and luxurious living.
Inside, all furniture consists of high-specification custom-made constructions, designed specifically for the needs and aesthetics of the residences. The selection of fabrics, textures and natural wood finishes was made with great attention to detail, ensuring that every element harmonizes with the overall architectural identity. The specially designed lighting fixtures highlight the detail, construction quality and sense of understated luxury throughout every space.
