The construction of five apartments on an additional upper floor and extension of an existing building in Koumpes, Rethymno, was executed using a steel space frame on a reinforced concrete ground floor.
The design process was developed in both 2D and 3D, ensuring excellent functionality and optimal use of each space, with an architectural palette of earthy tones fully harmonized with the natural environment.
The apartment layouts were designed to maximize the available space and create modern, self-contained residences that provide comfort, aesthetic appeal, and practical functionality.
