The construction of a two-story residence with a pilotis and basement in Korakovouni, Heraklion, was designed with clean, minimalist lines and geometric harmony. Recesses and protrusions in the building’s form create a play of light and shadow, adding dynamism and a contemporary character to the overall design.
On the first floor, an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area enhances the sense of comfort and brightness. This level also includes an office, a bathroom, and a storage room, while the internal staircase leads to the second floor, featuring the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, along with two additional bedrooms sharing a common bathroom.
The ground floor houses the pilotis, an office, and storage space, while the basement includes the boiler room, a bathroom, and two storage areas, ensuring full functionality and organization.
The exterior space was completed with a designed entrance, parking areas, and surrounding outdoor spaces, providing moments of relaxation and social interaction, creating a harmonious and balanced environment.
