The construction of a two-story residence in the Agioi Theodoroi area of Heraklion was designed with a focus on functionality, comfort, and contemporary aesthetics.
The process began with a complete study and the issuance of a building permit, followed by the construction of a steel structural frame, ensuring high quality and precision at every stage.
On the ground floor, an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area was created alongside an office, while the upper floor features three bedrooms with bathrooms and a walk-in closet, providing full comfort and ergonomic living.
The exterior includes a swimming pool with wave function, adding a distinctive character, as well as a barbecue area, parking, and an outdoor basketball court, combining functionality, recreation, and high-quality living.
