Maya Villa, designed for tourist use, was renovated in Atsipopoulo, Rethymno, following a detailed 3D study to ensure that every detail enhances both the functionality and the aesthetics of the space.
Based on the existing layout of the residence, an open-plan living room and kitchen were created, while each bedroom was equipped with a private bathroom, providing full comfort and optimal functionality for its occupants.
The interior spaces feature earthy tones, harmonizing the decor with the natural surroundings, while the exterior includes a newly built swimming pool and a fully upgraded BBQ area, offering a complete recreational and hospitality experience.
