Cosmos Luxury Villa is the result of the renovation of an old apartment building in Stalida, Heraklion, with the aim of transforming it into a high-end luxury villa with a swimming pool, fully utilizing all areas of the property.
The interior layout includes five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a jacuzzi, a sauna, and a small private indoor pool located in one of the bedrooms. The pool is naturally illuminated through an overhead atrium, ensuring comfort and a superior quality of living.
In the outdoor area, a large swimming pool was constructed, along with a sunken open-air lounge featuring a fireplace, a fully equipped BBQ area, and a gym space, creating a complete environment for relaxation, entertainment, and exercise.
Earthy color tones combined with terracotta accents were applied throughout the spaces, adding character and a distinct identity, resulting in a warm, harmonious, and refined aesthetic.
The design was developed using photorealistic visualizations, along with interior design and lighting studies, ensuring that every detail highlights the harmony and aesthetic identity of the residence.
