The design and vertical extension of an existing building in the settlement of Keratokampos, Viannos Municipality, Heraklion, resulted in the creation of three tourist accommodations.

The units are arranged in a row and are almost identical in layout and dimensions. Each features an open-plan kitchen and bedroom, one bathroom with rear access, and a spacious balcony at the front with sea views.
The architectural design focused on the limited space and minimalist principles, ensuring comfort, practicality, and functionality in every square meter. The use of soft colors and the smart layout of spaces create a pleasant and relaxing environment, both indoors and on the balconies.

In the final stage, joinery work and installation of the necessary equipment were completed, delivering fully functional and comfortable accommodations ready for tourist use.
