The apartment, located on the second floor of a residential building on Ionias Avenue in Heraklion, was completed with the aim of creating a functional and comfortable living space. The main rectangular layout includes balconies on both the front and rear façades, allowing ample natural light and a sense of openness throughout the apartment.
The layout features an open-plan living and kitchen area, one bedroom, a home office that can be converted into a children’s bedroom in the future, and one bathroom. Particular emphasis was placed on the efficient use of every available square meter, as well as on the lighting design, resulting in a harmonious and pleasant living environment.
