Anassa Villa, located in the Perama area of Rethymno, was designed as a luxurious tourist accommodation. The property features nine bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a spacious open-plan living and dining area, offering comfort and functionality for guests seeking a high-quality stay.

The design employs earthy tones with subtle green accents, adding character and balance to the overall aesthetic. Our team carried out 3D studies for every space, both indoors and in the surrounding exterior areas, ensuring optimal utilization and visual harmony.

The outdoor area includes a large swimming pool with an integrated sunken lounge and jacuzzi, along with a fully equipped covered BBQ area, creating a complete environment for relaxation and recreation for the guests of Anassa Villa.
